COED Notice:
If a team wants to play COED in a division where COED is NOT offered, they will automatically be placed in the Men's Division. If more than 3 COED teams register in their according Men's Division, a separate COED bracket *may* be created for those teams at the discretion of the bracketing committee.

Team Name:
Here's your chance to shine with the most creative name of the tournament, but remember that SilverHoops reserves the right to reject any name deemed to be inappropriate. Teams with rejected names will automatically be renamed to the Captain’s last name without warning. If they would like to try re-naming the team after, a $10 rename fee will be needed. Please help keep our tournament family-friendly. Please do not use "Team" or "The" as the start of your team name. Special characters are not allowed either. Examples: "Team SilverHoops" - no "SilverHoops" - yes "The Ballers" - no "Ballers" - yes |
Player Changes:
If you need to add or replace a team member after your entry form has been processed, please visit our Player Change Request form. Deadlines: 7/1, $15 registration price increase 7/18 $20 late registration price increase 7/18 @ 5 pm, $10 player change fee applies. 7/21 @ 5pm, changes must keep your team in it's same division 7/27 @ 8:30am, games begin, no player changes may be made. Player change fees must be paid by check-in at the tournament or your team will not be able to participate. No refunds will be granted for player add/change fees. |
